Non-Prepaid Leases

Non-prepaid leases are leasehold properties where the term of the lease ends in 2064, which are also subject to periodic increases every 20 years—the last increase was in 2015 and the next increase will be in 2035. While this keeps the average cost of these homes lower, it can be difficult to obtain financing from traditional lending institutions, such as banks or credit unions.
