My wife Alix and I hired Tom Jones to be our realtor in August of 2017 and the experience of working with him could not have been any better. What I loved about working with Tom was his attention to detail - he never missed a beat. In fact he went above and beyond ensuring that the strata we moved into adjusted their paper-work to reflect the fact that we had 2 parking stalls and a storage locker (even though they said it was fine) this was not good enough for Tom. It felt like it really mattered to Tom that we were well looked after. We never felt any pressure to buy a property, and when we showed interest Tom did his best to have us be well informed of the area, any properties that were comparable as well as what the current state of the place was that we were interested in. Tom let us work at our pace and we really appreciated that. When we closed the deal, Tom ensured that everything was in place - so that our move in was easy! We will definitely use Tom again to buy/sell our next home! Thanks Tom
